Signing up for Request Manager
• Request Manager is a single login for all of your Ciox/Datavant risk adjustment requests from payers.
• Providers can see all open requests in one queue, digitally upload records, keep addresses to date and let us know when you can’t fulfill a record and why.
Before you get started:
1. Find a recent Ciox Packet (fax request cover letter) to reference.
2. Have your facility NPI # readily available. If not known, try searching the directory here
